LiteBlue.USPS.gov is the online web portal for USPS employees. From this portal United States Postal Service can log in to the USPS intranet.

If you are employed by the United States Postal Service, you have to visit the LiteBlue Employee Portal site in order to view your personal information.

How to register your LiteBlue Self Service Password.

You will need your USPS Employee ID and USPS Self Service Password in order to sign in to the LiteBlue Portal. If you are a new employee, you will need to register for a USPS Self Service Password (SSP), which can be done here. This page is also used if you have forgotten your USPS LiteBlue Password or if you want to change your password.

Your USPS Self Service Password is used to access all USPS self-service websites and applications, including that of LiteBlue.Usps.gov, eIdeas, eOPF, eReassign and PostalEASE.

Please, create a strong and unique password when registering: Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters to create difficult passwords. Please note, that USPS passwords must not contain any part of the user’s name. If you suspect that your password has been compromised then contact the CyberSecurity Operations Center via email at CyberSafe@usps.gov or by calling 1-866-877-7247. If you are having problems with setting up a password profile, you can contact the HR Shared Service Center at 1-877-477-3273, chosing option 5.

Next, you will need to find your USPS Employee ID. Your Employee ID is the number at the top of your earnings statement. It is the 8-digit number which is listed just above the words “Employee ID.”

How to Login to LiteBlue.

Visit the Login page, in order to access LiteBlue.

Enter your Employee ID in the correct box. Enter all eight digits of your Employee ID in the . It’s the number printed above the words “Employee ID” at the top of your earnings statement.

Enter your USPS Password in the correct box. The Self-Service Password is different from your USPS ACE password.

Click on ‘Log On’.

What is the correct LiteBlue login page?

The LiteBlue login page is secure. Your Employee ID and Password are encrypted to give you access to LiteBlue. When signing in, you might see a pop-up message saying that you are leaving a secure area, the login page, to a non-secure area – the LiteBlue homepage, which means that you have been successfully logged in. Click “Yes” on the pop-up.

If you visit the PostalEASE website from LiteBlue you will need to log in again.

USPS PostalEASE.

PostalEase is the United States Postal Service’s telephone enrollment system for Thrift Savings Plans (TSP.gov), benefit plans, transactions, direct deposits and FEHB information.

PostalEASE’s employee help phone number is: 1-877-4PS-EASE (1-877-477-3273)

Before calling PostalEASE, you must have your Social Security Number (SSN), Your USPS Employee ID Number, and your Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy. If you don’t know your PostalEASE PIN number, then call PostalEASE and request that your PIN be mailed to your address.

New USPS employees can make an election to their benefits plan within 60 days of their hire. Employees can also enter dependent information to their benefit plans and add children to their plans.

Employees that have access to the LiteBlue website can use the PostalEASE online portal instead of accessing PostalEASE by phone.
